Helen McCarthy's imagination produces the attractions we all stand in line to visit. Doing everything from costume design, to overseeing the artistic development of an entire park, Helen makes sure the "theme" is a fun element of the entertainment - not an overwhelming kill-joy. After Disney's "Imagineer" staff was severely downsized, Helen co-founded CREATE, a team of seasoned, themed entertainment specialists able to offer all aspects of the discipline in one marvelously synchronistic shop.
