Special Exhibition Review: Fra Carnevale

Showing at New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art through May 1st, From Filippo Lippi to Piero della Francesca: Fra Carnevale and the Making of a Renaissance Master sounds like required viewing for any Italian Renaissance fan. Major masters, minor masters, a reunited triptych and a breathtaking, comprehensive glimpse of an age that continues to fire our imaginations. What's not to love? According to Stan, nothing.
