Ben Shahn Bonus Image

When the Ben Shahn profile was published, the small image within was the only one for which I had permission. Mark Harden, who runs the excellent Artchive site, was the only person kind enough to answer - let alone grant - my pleas for image permissions when I started writing this site. He is forever thought of with the warmest possible gratitude, and linked-to on most pages with images. But, I digress.

Dr. Ezra Shahn graciously wrote that, perhaps, we might all want to view another, appropriate example of Ben Shahn's work. It is, indeed, an appropriate example of work by a man never hesitant to speak his mind. I am thrilled to have it to share, and humbly grateful for Dr. Shahn's generosity.
