Sorting Out Art Shows

Sunday July 18, 2004
We're going to demystify those art "show" terms in this article. A biennale (or triennale) is one thing, an exhibition another, a fair can be two further things, and a festival usually involves food. The spoiler here is "show", which can be any (or none) of the above. Confusing? You bet! In my opinion, it's hard to know if an event is worth attending, if it teases you with its title. Have a look at the article, and let me know if it helps you sort out what's happening in your neck of the woods.
