Selected Artists from the Early Renaissance
Friday December 12, 2003
There were a lot of these 15th-century artistic Italian guys (yes, they were all men, as far as History can tell). Dozens of them. Dozens and dozens. In fact, the list grew so huge, it occurred to me to organize them all by their various schools (i.e.: Florentine, Sienese, Venetian, etc.). "How long could that take?", I (foolishly) asked. Answer: Three days of research, not including another good two days of interruptions by progeny in search of snowpants. Since I've mentioned the constant interruptions, please know that I welcome your input for additions/corrections. Have fun writing that term paper now, hear?
